Terms of Service - Agreement

This Agreement explains SEObidding.com obligations to User, and User's obligations to SEObidding.com, in relation to your use of SEObidding.com services. By creating an account in the SEObidding.com website, using services provided by SEObidding.com or information posted to the website, User accepts the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
1. All domains for sale from SEObidding.com auctions are Seller's property and only that kind of domains are available for Buyer.
2. Children under the age of 18 may use this website only under the supervision of adults and with permission from SEObidding.com.
3. Registration in the service is free but User is obligated to cover all costs related with transfer and hosting of domains he bought.
4. During the registration process authentic and current e-mail address, name and surname are required. SEObidding.com reserves the right to certificate personal data of every User before the registration.
5. User has the right to create only one account at SEObidding.com service.
6. SEObidding.com reserves the right to refuse account certification or delete an account upon suspicion of false data or violating any terms of SEObodding.com service.
7. SEObidding.com reserves the right to forbid the use of freely available e-mail address as the e-mail for User's account.
8. User is obligated to protect his account access from any unauthorized use and to immediate notify SEObidding.com about known or suspected account misusing.
9. By adding domain for auction Seller confirms that he is owner of the domain or has the rights to its sell.
10. SEObidding.com reserves the right to refuse adding a domain for auction or delete auction especially if offered domain encroaches rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights).
11. The sales price must be the final price with VAT valid for the Seller included. Price does not include payment fees, transfer or renewal fees.
12. Seller reserves the right to cancel a domain auction without giving a reason.
13. Seller has the right to change asking or reserve price of domain provided that the new price will be higher than the last bid.
14. User is obligated to check all regulations related with chosen domain name transfer before purchase. Any problem with transfer caused through User's oversight can not pose as a litigious matter between SEObidding.com and Seller or Buyer.
15. Bidding obligates a bidder (Buyer) to buy the domain if his bid wins the auction.
16. Buyer is obligated to check value of his bid in order to avoiding mistakes. By placing a bid User confirms that value is checked.
17. SEObidding.com reserves the right to delete bids as well as users account if User placed fake bids in any auction. fake bids are recognized as bids placed not in purpose of buying domain.
18. Seller has no right to enter bids for his own offer. It's also forbidden to persuade someone to place bids for the purpose of raising process and not for purchase a domain. If that kind of activities exist SEObidding.com has right to delete users account as well as all his auctions.
19. The auction expired in 7 days after reaching the reserve price or selecting "Buy now" option.
20. Seller is obligated to accept the highest bid placed in 7 days after reaching the reserve price and sell domain with this price as well as to accept sale when User selects "Buy now" option.
21. When the auction is won and tranfer process is pending but the domain name is going to expire in less than 60 days Seller is obligated to renew the domain name.
22. When the domain is sold SEObidding.com charges Seller a commission adequate to value of transaction.
23. Every prices, fees and bids etc. are given and must be paid in US Dollars.
24. Taking advantage of information enclosed at SEObidding.com website not only for selling/buying domains purpose without written permission of SEObidding.com is strictly forbidden.
25. SEObidding.com does not guarantee permanent availability of bidding page during the auction period. Possible breaks in SEObidding.com availability can not be matter of argument between SEObidding.com and Seller or Buyer.
26. SEObidding.com reserves the right to change, add or remove any part of this terms of service at any time without notice.
